The Longest Journey Talisman - Finished
Thanks to the fan art competition run during the Dreamfall Chapters kickstarter in 2013 I had the opportunity and motivation to make a talisman of the balance prototype, 3D printed in plastic. Due to popular demand the fans voted my talisman as a winning piece in the fan art competition.
Thanks to all the kind words and encouragement I didn't want to leave the talisman as a prototype. So I spent the following couple of months learning how to make it in solid sterling silver. The resulting piece of fine jewellery turned out super shiny!
Above is a photo of the first one I made and the one I wear on a regular basis. Due to the sacrificial mould process each one is unique because it comes from it's own unique mould. I've since made copies for the RTG team which can be seen in the recordings from their presentation at Rezzed 2013.

I’ve been wanting a Balance necklace like this for so long. So sad I missed out on getting one of the ones you had left. If you ever make more, or would be willing to do a commission please let me know!
